1.  PHU MY 1 INDUSTRIAL ZONE
Area: 954.4 hectares, total developed area is 651 hectares.
Investor: IZICO
Location: Phu My town, Tan Thanh District, along National Road
#51, 75 kilometers from HCMC, 40 kilometers from Vung Tau.
Functions:   heavy   industries   such   as   construction   materials,
electricity,   fertilizer,   steel,   chemical   substance,   container,
grounds.
Capital: VND879.44 billion
Electricity supplier: Phu My Power Plant Water supply system:
Use underground water of My Xuan, surface water of Toe Tien and
Phu My, with the total capacity of 40,000m3/day.
Waste treatment system: The industrial wastewater are gathered
and  treated  twice  on  standard  of Vietnam   industrial   waste
treatment.  Then the waste treatment is refreshed  in natural
conditions in a regulating lake.
Fire fighting system: There is a fire-fighting center for the park,
while each factory has its own specialized system.

2. CAI MEP INDUSTRIAL ZONE
Investor: Saigon Construction Company
Location: Phuoc Hoa village, Tan Thanh district; beside the river
Thi Vai and National Road #51.
Area of 670 hectares, Industrial land area: 449 hectares.
Total investment capital: 849.5 million VND
Preferential investment projects are in post oil refinery products,
producing steel, container depots, tanker; ship repairing; industrial
projects that relate to Cai Mep Deep Water Port.
Land renting charge and scheduled infrastructure fee: Large
discounts are given for paying seven years in advance up to a
maximum of $0,65 per square meter per year
Currently there are 7 licensed projects with registered capital of
$216,872,927, which covers an area of 33.1 hectares

3. DONG XUYEN INDUSTRIAL ZONE
Area: 160.8 hectares, total developed area is 104.3 hectares.
Investor: IZICO
Location: Ward 10, Vung Tau City. It is along National Road #51,
125 kilometers from HCMC, 7 kilometers from Vung Tau center
via inland and 50 sea miles via water way.
Functions: oil and gas industry, marine service industry, integrated
clean industry.
Investment capital: VND241.922 billion
Power supplier: Ba Ria Power Plant
Water system: Capacity: 13,000 cubic meters/ day by Water
Supply Company of Ba Ria Vung Tau.
Water   Waste   Treatment   System:   Water   Waste   is   treated
separately in each factory then moved to treatment center of the
park with capacity of 10.000 cubic meters per day. Rain drainage
system is split from wastewater.
Fire fighting system: There is a fire-fighting center for the park,
while each factory has its own specialized system.

4. MY XUAN A INDUSRIAL ZONE

has advantages on roads, waterway and airway..
Located nearby National Highway No. 51. 45km from Ho Chi
Minh City, 45km from Vung Tau, 2km from Co Dau Port, 6km
from Phu My Port.
My Xuan A Industrial Zone has a temperate climate (average
temperature   is  about  20-30OC),  without  storm,  earth   wake,
