베트남 국립 기상수문 예보 센터는 28일, 9월 29일부터 10월 8일까지의 하노이 시내의 일기 예보를 발표했다.동센터에서는 하노이시에서 탕롱·하노이 천도 1000년 대제 첫 날인 10월 1일부터 10일까지의 사이 매일 4회의 날씨 정보를 발표 한다고 한다.예보에 의하면, 9월 30일과 10월 1일은 야간과 이른 아침에 비가 내리고 낯에는 햇볕이 내리 쬐어 기온은 최저 기온이 24도, 최고기온 32도로 예보 하고 있다.우량은 10~25밀리 정도라고 한다. 4일까지는 기온 23~30도의 범위로 비교적 좋은 날씨가 예상 되지만, 차가운 공기가 유입하는 영향으로 낯에 약간의 비가 뿌릴 가능성이 있다고 한다.5~8일은 열대 저기압이 발달 할 가능성이 있어, 베트남의 북중부 이북이 이 영향을 받을 것 같아 하노이는 비가 내릴 것 같다고 예보 하고 있다.
